Once an order has been shipped, we have no control over the transportation process and shall not be held responsible for delays, schedule changes, port congestion, customs clearance issues, weather conditions, carrier performance, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Omega Inflatables shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, event cancellations, or additional expenses resulting from shipping or delivery delays.

Customers are strongly advised not to schedule events, rentals, or commercial activities based solely on estimated delivery dates. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these shipping terms.
