Important Information for Orders from Omega Inflatables

1. Price Term: CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), validity of offer 15 days, we may requote before shipping. 

2. Inflatables are made upon request and are therefore non-refundable.

3. We will confirm product details(logos, designs, etc.) with you before production. Any changes or additional requests made during production may incur extra charges.

4. A 50% deposit is required to start production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid when the order is completed and ready for shipment.

5. Please don’t accept bookings before we get the ETA from the shipping company. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, port congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. A storage fee of $5 per day will apply if the balance remains unpaid for more than 10 days after the order is ready for shipment.

7. The order will only be shipped out after full payment has been received.

8.  After shipment, the shipping broker will contact you by email to complete the ISF (Import Security Filing) and POA (Power of Attorney). Please respond promptly and follow their instructions.

THERE WILL BE A PENALTY up to $5000 if you don't get these done within two weeks.

9. Bank fees, port charges and import duties are the buyer's responsibilities. You will be charged by the shipping broker before picking up the inflatables.

10. Please send us the bill of port charge & import duties you receive from the shipping broker, we will help review them to prevent potential overcharges.

11.Please noted that you will be CHARGED EXTRA FEES IF YOU DON'T PICK UP FROM THE WAREHOUSE IN DUE TIME.

12. Freight, port charges and duties vary depending on your location and the weight/dimensions of the items ordered. We don't get profits from them.

13. Damages caused by the shipper are not our responsibility.

14. All shipments are insured during transit. If package damage is discovered upon collection:
- Make sure the warehouse staff knows it.
- Leave a remark "damaged goods" on the receipt they give you.
- Take detailed pictures and videos of the receipt and damages.
- Send us the materials in 12 hours and we will claim against the damages.

15. Marble materials are randomized colors by computer, they might vary slightly from product to product.
